The Wise Women’s Council

A women's leadership community

The Wise Women's Council

A year-long leadership incubator and mastermind for business women, leaders, and CEOs who are creating new ways to work, live, and lead.

What is the wise women’s council?

The Wise Women’s Council is year-long leadership incubator and mastermind for business women, leaders, and CEOs tired of the status quo.

The Wise Women’s Council is a year-long leadership incubator women in business who are ready to do things differently. It’s designed for founders, entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives who are building meaningful work while also navigating  the complexity of mid-life. When you hit mid-life, the whirlwind of obligations often comes at you like a tornado. You’re navigating business growth, career shifts, caregiving responsibilities, community work, and building families. It can become so overwhelming that you get lost in it. That’s why we exist.

We gather brilliant women together once a week to lead small-group conversations about leadership, life, and work. It’s for women who are done performing, done pretending, and done doing it alone. If you’re seeking a space that honors both your ambition and your exhaustion, your brilliance and your burnout, your strategy and your softness—you’ve found it. This is a community for women who crave deeper conversations, thoughtful leadership, and a reimagined way of doing business rooted in wisdom, connection, and joy.

WWC was founded in 2018, and we’ve run 11 cohorts through our program so far. If you need a place to slow down, reflect, and design your life with intention, I hope you apply to join us. We open doors for new members annually.

The Wise Women’s Council is a 12-month leadership experience that blends community, curriculum, and coaching.

We believe that leadership is about grounded wisdom, resourcing yourself with wise community, and built upon your deepest inner knowing. I’ll explain more about how we do all of this—and what happens when people are invited to join—down below.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The Wise Women’s Council is for women building businesses, leading teams, and reimagining what leadership looks like—often while raising families, managing care, or navigating complex life transitions.

Our members are entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and change-makers. They’re ambitious and awake. Sharp and soul-searching. They’ve grown tired of traditional models of success that require constant self-sacrifice—and they’re ready for a new way forward.

You’re building something that hasn’t been built before. Maybe it’s a company, a creative practice, a new kind of family structure, or simply a new version of yourself. You’re navigating a world that wasn’t designed with your full humanity in mind—and still, you persist. You lead. You dream. You carry a hundred invisible things while holding a vision for something better. What you need now is not another to-do list. You need a space to be seen, to think clearly, to go deep—and to not do it alone.

This is a private leadership community for women shaping the future of work, life, and culture. Inside WWC, you’ll find rest and rigor, challenge and care. It’s a place to explore your leadership edge, reconnect with your power, and remember who you are—so you can move through this next chapter with clarity, courage, and joy.

There is no way to describe what it feels like to be validated across all areas of life. So much of being a woman (and more so, a mom) makes one feel invisible. In this space I felt seen and heard by really smart, funny, and fearless parents.

— Stefanie M. Falconi, Policy Entrepreneur

What Our Members Say

My experience has been transformational, especially on the inside. I was in The Wise Women’s Council in 2020 during the pandemic, with twin babies and zero childcare. I started using my voice, I pitched and got featured, and I still managed my writing business. Most importantly, I gained tools and community far beyond business building, which is priceless.

— Pavla Loka, Storyteller and Media Builder

I loved everything about the program. The women who joined me were inspiring, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and eager to be in community. That alone made every forum for interacting worth my time and focus. SKP is brilliant at holding space, providing sparks for connections, and letting go of any attachment of a plan in service of meeting the group where they are and what they are needing.

— Alicia Jabbar

Being with Sarah in a mastermind is a totally life-changing experience. She has a knack for listening in a really powerful way. But here’s the thing: having my turn to speak in the hot seat is always life-changing. What was more surprising and powerful was how much I got out of being there for other people. Sarah models how to listen, how to ask insightful questions, and how to create space for other people to be honest, to be real, to be growing-in-process. Through her guidance, I became a more active listener and connected more deeply to other people’s stories. That was the game changer: being a powerful listener is the substance of true, life-long connections.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Sarah K Peck — founder, mother, writer, and leadership coach.

I built the Wise Women’s Council because I wanted a space where women could grow their work and their wisdom. Where we could talk about the things that don’t fit neatly in business books — identity shifts, ambition after motherhood, loneliness in leadership, building rich communities, building wealth, and refining your life.

WWC is my answer to that hunger. When I became a mother while working at a tech-backed  a CEO in the same year, I couldn’t find the kind of leadership support that made room for the fullness of my experience. Most masterminds were about productivity and profit and scale—without connecting to the depth and heart of the mission. Few spaces made room for ambiguity, depth, and being human.

So I built what I couldn’t find:

A space that honors your intellect and your intuition.
That values ambition and rest.
That helps you grow your company and your soul.
A place that lets you live your life in the best way for you.

Take a look around, and if it’s right for you, I look forward to seeing you apply to join the Wise Women’s Council!
