The Wise Women’s Council is year-long leadership mastermind for business women, founders, innovators, and CEOs who are tired of the status quo. The Wise Women’s Council is a weekly gathering space for women who are done performing, done pretending, and done trying to do it all alone.

THE WOMEN WHO JOIN US
The Wise Women’s Council is for women building businesses, leading teams, and reimagining what leadership looks like—often while raising families, managing care, or navigating complex life transitions.
Our members are entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and change-makers. They’re ambitious and awake. Sharp and soul-searching. They’ve grown tired of traditional models of success that require constant self-sacrifice—and they’re ready for a new way forward. It’s for women who reject the status quo that tells us to push harder, alone, in competition against each other as the only way to “win.” We disagree. We reject the status quo.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
A year is enough time for a business to change or a new idea to become something real. For your children to grow, a relationship to shift, or for you to change your mind about what you thought you wanted.
And when you have the same small group of women alongside you through all of that, something interesting happens.
You start making decisions with more perspective. The thing you’ve been talking yourself out of might finally feel possible, or a question that has been sitting with you for months might begin to loosen.
There is somewhere to take the questions that don’t fit neatly into a business plan, a conversation with your partner, or a catch-up with a friend.
And because the women in your Council know what you were trying to do six months ago, they can sometimes see what has changed before you can.
Sometimes what you need is a new idea, someone saying, “Have you thought about it this way?”, or a reminder that you already know the answer.
And sometimes it’s simply having other women who are willing to sit beside you while you work it out.
I think this is one of the great gifts of having a Council: you don’t have to become someone else to build a life that works for you.
You get to bring more of yourself to the decisions you’re making — and have other women there as you figure out what that looks like.

Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Sarah K Peck. — I’m a writer, leadership coach, mother, and the founder of the Wise Women’s Council.
I built the Council because I couldn’t find the kind of space I wanted for myself.
When I became a mother while working at a tech-backed startup, and then left to build my own company and became a founder in less than a year, I was looking for women who could talk with me about more than how to grow a business.
I wanted somewhere to talk about ambition and exhaustion. About identity and motherhood. About money, leadership, friendship, loneliness, community, and what happens when the life you’ve built starts to change.
Most of the business spaces I found were focused on productivity, profit, or scale. Those things matter, of course. But they weren’t the whole story.
I wanted a room where we could bring the whole of our lives.
A room where your experience matters. A place to say the thing you haven’t quite figured out yet. Somewhere you can be ambitious and still need rest. A place to talk about your business without having to leave the rest of yourself at the door.
So I built the space I couldn’t find.
The Wise Women’s Council is my answer to that hunger: a year-long room of women who are thinking deeply about their work, their lives, and what they want the next part to look like.
And I’m in that room with you.
I don’t have all the answers. None of us do. But I believe some of the best questions become easier to ask when you have other women beside you.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ROOM
The Wise Women’s Council is the chance to spend a year with women who are genuinely interested in your life — not just what you do for work.
Women who understand your work and your life. Women who can hold the bigger picture when you’re deep in the details, who will celebrate the good news, sit with you when things are difficult, and ask the question that helps you see something differently.
And because you’re together for a full year, they get to know you beyond the introduction.
They know what you were working toward in January. They know what you changed your mind about in April. They know the thing you were excited about last month. They remember the conversation you had when you weren’t quite sure what came next.
That continuity changes things.
You don’t have to keep explaining who you are, what you’re building, or why something matters to you. You can pick up where you left off.
And the room gets richer because everyone brings her whole life into it. We talk about leadership and business, but also motherhood, money, relationships, ambition, creativity, health, identity, and the strange and wonderful business of becoming someone new while still being yourself.
There is no performance required. You don’t have to arrive with a five-year plan or a problem worth solving. You can come curious, ambitious, tired, excited, or simply wondering what comes next.
Over the course of a year, something quite rare happens: you build relationships with women who really know you, and who you genuinely want in your life.
That is what the Wise Women’s Council offers.
Not another network. Not another community to keep up with.
