Leadership growth happens when you show up as your full self
Join a year-long incubator designed to elevate women in leadership through structured learning, community support, and personal growth.
THE EXPERIENCE
This is not a course. It’s an experience, a community, and a space to show up fully as yourself. The Wise Women’s Council is built to meet you where you are — and gently (but powerfully) walk with you through growth, clarity, and transformation. With a blend of structure and spaciousness, we make it possible for you to engage deeply without burning out.
What we’ve found in running this program for eight years is that this one-of-a-kind community becomes an incubator for your personal and professional growth. The structure—a weekly cadence of live calls and hands-on discovery—is focused on creating critical space for your own integration and exploration. This is a sacred place to let your full self show up. It’s place to develop, test, and refine your leadership skills.
In doing so, you’ll expand your leadership capacity, connect with other brilliant women, and tap into a leadership network you can lean on for a lifetime.

Your Leadership Growth and Development
We help women leaders get clear on what matters most. You’ll leave with sharpened skills in decision-making, mindset, boundaries, communication, and strategy — and greater confidence in your voice, vision, and leadership.
Plus, you’ll gain a supportive network of thoughtful women leaders to stay in touch with for a lifetime.
The Program & Structure
Program at-a-glance
A weekly gathering space for founders, leaders, and business thinkers.
We meet Thursdays at 10AM Pacific / 1PM Eastern. Calls are 90 minutes.

WEEK 1
ALL-GROUP CONNECTION CALLS
Join our live call the first week of each month to connect, reflect, and share. We’ll introduce the monthly curriculum, then make space for real conversation.
We pause, breathe, and go deeper in a supportive circle of women leaders.
“This is one of the most magical communities I’ve ever been a part of.”
WEEK 2
LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS COACHING
In the second week of each month, one of our executive coaches leads a live drop-in session for leadership and business support.
We use hot-seat coaching, breakout rooms, and peer support structures to help you gain clarity and move forward.
Submit a challenge, join the roundtable, or simply show up to support others—these sessions are open to the whole community.
“My mind is already blown and we’re only 7 minutes in.”
WEEK 3
SMALL GROUP MASTERMIND CIRCLES
You will be matched with a small group of peers at a similar stage of business and leadership. These guided sessions are where we go deep—brave, honest conversations at the intersection of life and work.
In addition to monthly small groups, we host a private audio chat for ongoing conversation.
“I NEVER KNEW THERE WERE All of the possibilities FOR MY career at 40 and 50!”
WEEK 4
DROP-IN COACHING
In the fourth week of each month, an executive coach leads a live drop-in session focused on the full spectrum of life and leadership.
Through hot-seat coaching, breakout rooms, and peer support, we go deep on purpose, vision, life at home, individual challenges, or any other needs that arise.
“I can’t believe how much more I got done by co-working with you all today!”
“It was amazing how kind, helpful, and loving these people I hadn’t met in person could be, and sometimes I felt more seen and heard by them than people I see and talk to every day.”
