Embark on a Transformative Leadership Journey
Join a year-long incubator designed to elevate women’s leadership through structured learning, community support, and personal growth.
About The Wise Women’s Council
The Wise Women’s Council is a year-long leadership incubator for mid-life women navigating business, leadership, and life.
It’s our gathering ground for business women, leaders, and CEOs who are tired of the status quo — for people who want more from life. For people who want to live the life that is uniquely theirs to live. It’s for women building their lives boldly, without apology — who want to be surrounded by other people creating new ways of living, working, and creating.
We created this space because we realized that traditional leadership models weren’t built for women—especially not for women who are also navigating full lives, big transitions, and growing into their wiser, older selves.
We’re a group of women from our mid-thirties to our late fifties, examining and questioning all that midlife can be. The Wise Women’s Council is a space where we re-imagine women’s leadership, break cycles of burnout, and support one another in building lives and businesses with more integrity, clarity, and joy.
Below, we’ll tell you how the program works, our calendar and structure, and give you a sneak peek at our core curriculum
“I loved everything about the program. The women who joined me were inspiring, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and eager to be in community. That alone made every forum for interacting worth my time and focus. SKP is brilliant at holding space, providing sparks for connections, and letting go of any attachment of a plan in service of meeting the group where they are and what they are needing.”
— Alicia Jabbar, Experiential Facilitator, Speaker, Writer
OUR VISION
We believe leadership doesn’t have to come at the cost of your health, family, or values. Our purpose is to help women leaders find their voice, clarify their vision, and lead from a place of internal wisdom.
At the Wise Women's Council, our vision is to cultivate a world where women leaders are supported, celebrated, and empowered to make impactful changes. We are committed to fostering a community that values inclusivity, innovation, and resilience. Our members are diverse, ranging from entrepreneurs and executives to creatives and changemakers, all united by a shared goal of personal and professional development. We invite you to join us in this transformative journey, where your potential is nurtured, and your leadership skills are honed.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Wise Women’s Council is built to meet you where you are, and gently (but powerfully) walk with you through growth, clarity, and transformation. With our custom blend of community, coaching, and curriculum, you’ll be guided through our leadership curriculum while also having ample space to show up fully as yourself. With a blend of structure and spaciousness, we make it possible for you to engage deeply without burning out.
What we’ve found in running this program for eight years is that this one-of-a-kind community becomes an incubator for your personal and professional growth. The structure—a weekly cadence of live calls and hands-on discovery—is focused on creating critical space for your own exploration, expansion, and integration.
This is a sacred place to let your full self show up. It’s place to develop, test, and refine your leadership skills. In doing so, you’ll expand your leadership capacity, connect with other brilliant women, and tap into a leadership network that you can lean on for a lifetime.

WHO IT’S FOR
The Wise Women’s Council is a women’s leadership incubator designed for for women entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and change-makers who are building businesses, leading teams, raising families—or all of the above.
The majority of the women who join us are in early mid-life — our members range from their mid-thirties to mid-fifties. They have at least a decade (or more) of experience, and have run into glass ceilings, patriarchal walls, and leadership loneliness.
This is a community for women who crave deeper conversations, thoughtful leadership, and a re-imagined way of doing business and life. Women founders, executives, leaders, and wise seekers join us to build a life and a practice rooted in wisdom, connection, and joy.
The Wise Women’s Council is for women who are done performing, done pretending, and done doing it alone. If you’re seeking a space that honors both your ambition and your exhaustion, your brilliance and your burnout, your strategy and your softness—you’ve found it.
THE CALENDAR
The core calls are on Thursdays at 10AM Pacific / 1PM Eastern. Calls are 90 minutes.
Special Workshops and Guest Teachers are scheduled outside of core calls, typically on Wednesdays or Fridays.
ALL GROUP CALL
LEADERSHIP CURRICULUM
At the start of the month, we gather the Council for a live call. It’s our anchor point—a time to pause, connect, and ground together before the month unfolds. Each call begins with an introduction to the monthly theme and curriculum, then opens into space for real conversation. This is where we reflect, share, and hear from one another. No small talk, no posturing—just an honest circle of women leaders willing to go deeper.
COACHING
TWICE MONTHLY OPEN SESSIONS
In our hot seat coaching sessions, you’ll be guided by an experienced executive coach alongside a handful of peers. These circles are intentionally intimate—designed to give you space to bring your challenges, questions, and goals into the light. With hot-seat coaching, reflection prompts, and facilitated dialogue, you’ll get tailored support while also learning from the perspectives of other women leaders walking a similar path.
SMALL GROUPS
DEEP CONVERSATION + PEER MASTERMINDS
Every month, you'll join a small group break-out session to go deeper with your peers. These sessions are rooted in peer coaching and deep listening. Together, you’ll share openly, ask brave questions, and reflect on what’s working (and what’s not). The small-group setting creates trust, accountability, and space for real connection.
This is where lifelong friendships begin and where transformation happens—through being witnessed, supported, and challenged by women who truly understand.
"It was amazing how kind, helpful, and loving these people I hadn't met in person could be, and sometimes I felt more seen and heard by them than people I see and talk to every day."
— Erin Simpson, Founder, WildCat
I couldn’t have imagined a more supportive community that helped me not just survive, but at times thrive, during a pandemic when I was working in an executive full-time role and parenting a young child.
I knew going into 2021 that it would be a hard year to establish new friendships in person, so I thought that it would be a great opportunity to meet new people online in a similar stage of life to me.
What I didn’t expect was just how expansive WWC was for me. The people I met, what I learned both about myself and the world – it truly expanded what I thought was possible about working parenthood.
There is no way to describe what it feels like to be validated across all areas of life. So much of being a woman (and more so, a mom) makes one feel invisible. In this space I felt seen and heard by really smart, funny, and fearless parents.
“I honestly don’t know who I would be without the Wise Women’s Council. I don’t know how you led us through this in a pandemic, but it was everything I needed and more.”
— MaryKate, Senior Transportation & Engineering Consultant
